Data Presentation Guidelines:
1. Using Conference Computers:
- If you are using a PowerPoint presentation or any other PC-based application, please bring your file on a USB memory stick.
- Ensure your presentation is loaded onto the conference computer in the designated room at least 1 hour before the start of your session.
- Note that the conference computers are equipped with Office 2010 or later.
2. Using Your Own Laptop:
- If you prefer to use your own laptop, ensure it has a VGA/HDMI port for external display connectivity.
- Test your laptop setup in the conference room during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the session begins.
- Notify the technical staff in the conference room about your setup as soon as you arrive.
3. Incorporating Video Content:
- If your presentation includes video files combined with PowerPoint, verify the compatibility and functionality in the conference room during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the session starts.
- Even if you have tested your presentation elsewhere, reconfirm its functionality in the conference room.
- If using your own laptop, ensure you have the necessary VGA/HDMI adaptor and inform the technical staff upon arrival.
Pre-Presentation Preparation:
- Thoroughly prepare your presentation materials and ensure they are organized and ready for delivery.
- Anticipate potential questions and prepare responses for the Q&A session that will follow your presentation. Delegates may pose questions immediately after your talk, so be ready to engage thoughtfully and confidently.
